学习目标 整体概述 玛氏人才发展模式 * 群众领导 OUTCOME Understand that there are always 2 MLC to focus on at each Leadership Journey level – here are the ones for 群众领导 SAY Moving up to the middle level, we have ENGAGING ASSOCIATES and DEVELOPING TALENT. These are the core of what is required for great team leadership and line management, and the sole focus for our new line managers. ? We mentioned earlier that the transition to team leader and line manager is a critical one. There are two reasons for this. The team leader role is the face of the business to our associates, and their performance has the biggest impact on levels of engagement in the team. We want high performing, highly engaged associates, so we need great team leaders. ?The second reason is that we have seen cases where more senior managers have failed to fully develop these capabilities, and how this can be at best a handicap, and at worst a career staller for them. Ensuring we do a great job here is key for our Leadership Pipeline. The challenges become bigger, and the need to SET as well as FOLLOW strategy becomes more important.
