基于供应链的北京泰华房地产公司竞争力研究 摘要 虽然近几年我国房地产行业发展迅速，但行业中多数房地产企业发展状况并不乐观，房地产市场竞争日益激烈，政府宏观调控政策不断，房地产企业正处于发展的转折点处。对房地产企业的供应链进行分析，进而对房地产企业竞争力研究，增强房地产企业的竞争力，有效应对房地产日益激烈的市场竞争。 本文以房地产企业供应链和竞争力的基本理论为基础，结合泰华房地产公司供应链和竞争力的现状，分析了影响企业竞争力的诸多因素，提出基于供应链的企业竞争力提升策略，并对评价指标体系进行实证研究，最后结合实证研究结果对北京泰华房地产公司如何提高自己竞争力提出了对策和建议。 关键词：房地产供应链，房地产竞争力，战略采购，成本控制，合作伙伴管理 Supply chain based on Beijing Taihua real estate company competitiveness research Abstract In recent years， although the rapid development of China’s real estate industry， The real estate industry is not optimistic about the development of most enterprises， the real estate market competition is becoming increasingly fierce and the government is going ahead with macroeconomic control policies continuously， real estate enterprises are finding themselves in their turns.
