The two groups were observed in patients with hospital infection.Results Arterial blood pressure before surgery control group and the intervention group, there was no significant difference in heart rate was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Intraoperative arterial blood pressure and heart rate in the control group, the intervention group was significantly higher than that, there was statistically significant (P 0.05). Postoperative hospital infection control group (respiratory tract, skin, urinary tract, wound infection) was significantly higher than in the intervention group, with statistical significance (P 0.05). Pain and psychological conditions in the intervention group than the control group, with statistical significance (P 0.05).Conclusion Orthopedic surgery operating room nursing interventions can effectively prevent wound infection orthopedics, surgery to improve efficiency and shorten the recovery period, there is an important role in improving the quality of surgery, has an important significance in the clinical application.
