东北财经大学本科毕业论文 金融市场与企业筹资 作 者 院 系 会计学院 专 业 会计学 年 级 99 学 号 9956182 指导教师 教授 答辩日期 成 绩 90  内 容 摘 要 企业无论是在前期的筹建阶段还是后期的生产经营过程中，都需要一定的资金。除自有资金外，企业还可以从多方面筹集资金，而在市场经济条件下，企业主要从金融市场中筹措所需的资金。世界经济一体化进程加快的背景下，在我国加入WTO之后，我国企业在金融市场中筹资面临着更多的机会和挑战。于是企业如何在国内外金融市场中筹集资金也就越来越引起人们的关注。 本文通过讨论金融市场和企业筹资的概念、内容、分类以及相互联系，阐述了企业在金融市场中筹资的主要渠道和方式，重点分析了企业在金融市场筹资过程中需要注意的一些问题，并就企业如何更好的在国内外金融市场中筹集资金提出了个人的一些建议。 本文共包括以下四个部分： 第一部分，论述对于金融市场及企业筹资的理解； 第二部分，阐述企业在金融市场中筹资的现状； 第三部分，分析企业在金融市场中筹资存在的一些问题； 第四部分，提出对于企业在金融市场中筹资的几点建议。 企业在金融市场中筹资，首先需要将信誉置于首位，只有靠诚信才能筹集到所需资金；其次要在筹资渠道的拓展，筹资视野的开阔，筹资方式的选择和创新等方面更加积极的考虑；并且要注意筹资结构的合理调配，控制并防范筹资带来的风险。总之，要将企业在金融市场筹资的收益最大化，风险和成本最小化。 关键词：金融市场 企业筹资 筹资方式 筹资结构 筹资成本 筹资风险  ABSTRACT Enterprise weather is for the period raises to set up the stage or in the late produces to operate the process inside, all need the certain funds.
