急性肾缺血对家兔动脉血压和尿生成的影响 【摘要】：目的：本实验探究急性肾缺血对家兔动脉血压和尿量的影响。方法：行膀胱插管术，引流家兔尿液，腹部切开找到右肾动脉，腿部切开找到右股动脉，颈部切开找到左右颈动脉。按下列步骤进行实验，记录家兔动脉血压，尿生成量用尿的滴数。结果：夹闭右侧股动家兔血压无明显变化，尿量无明显变化；夹闭右侧颈总动脉家兔血压明显升高，尿量无明显变化；夹闭右侧肾动脉之后家兔升高，尿量减少。结论：急性肾缺血时家兔动脉血压基本不变，尿量减少。 【 abstract 】 : purpose: this study to explore the acute kidney ischemia of rabbit artery blood pressure and urine volume. Methods: bladder nasal intubation, drainage of urine on rabbit, find right renal artery abdominal incision, cut the legs to find the right femoral artery, the neck incision around to find the carotid artery. Follow the steps below to experiment, the
