天水师范学院学院 毕业设计任务书 课题名称： 水杯底座注塑模具设计 课题性质： 设计类 系 名 称： 机械工程系 专　　业：　 材料成型及控制工程 班　　级： 08材控二班 指导教师：　　 杨杰 　　 　 学生姓名：　　　赵国智　 　 摘要 本课题主要是针对水杯底座的模具设计,通过对塑件进行工艺的分析和比较,最终设计出一副注塑模。该课题从产品结构工艺性，具体模具结构出发，对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、顶出系统、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核、都有详细的设计，同时并简单的编制了模具的加工工艺。通过整个设计过程表明该模具能够达到此塑件所要求的加工工艺。根据题目设计的主要任务是水杯底座注塑模具的设计。也就是设计一副注塑模具来生产水杯底座塑件产品，以实现自动化提高产量。针对水杯底座的具体结构，本套模具是一套一腔一模的注射模，比之单型腔模具而言提高了生产效率，缩短了生产周期。本设计为塑料水杯底座模具制作设计，它系统的介绍了塑料水杯底座模具中的各个零部件的加工工艺过程及整套模具的装配和使用其中，涉及到注射机各种参数的选取、零部件的加工方法、注射模的结构及相关的计算问题及特种加工工艺。在该模具设计中，利用计算机绘图软件绘制了零件图和装配图，以及制定了机械加工工艺过程卡。 关键词: 模具； 注射模； 塑料； Abstract This topic is mainly directed against the glass mould design, through the process of plastic analysis and comparison, the final design a pair of injection mold. This topic from the product structure, mould technology, the mould structure of its molding part gating system, the structure, the injection system, cooling system, the selection and parameters of the test, a detailed design, and simple preparation of the mould processing. Through the whole design process shows that the mold can reach the requirements of plastics processing. According to the topic design is the main task of the water injection mould design. Also is to design a deputy injection mould for plastic products, production of glass to realize automation to increase production.
