Risk Management of Software Outsourcing in Securities Co. -- In the Y securities company as an example Major: Master of Business Administration Name: Xiaoxiao Wu Supervisor: Qian Wang ABSTRACT Currently different kinds of businese management system are completed by outsourcing in order to develop their own information technology in many securities companies in China. But as the limited time of chinese securities businese, outsourcing is still in begining stage in most of the securities company. They are more rely on vendor company rather than manage themselves so that they cannot prevent the risk from outsourcing. We take Y securities company where author is working at as example. The object study is the risk management in outsourcing and this study is based on traditional process and method of risk management.We are trying to build a risk mangement process to suit real suitation in securities company. Firstly we will talk about the reason of software outsourcing and risk management. Then we will introduce how to identify basic risk and analyse. Based on that, we will use Y securities company to demo how to identify, analysis and take these risks by using such ways Delphi, Probability / impact matrix and ISM.We hope this study can provide some suggestions in software outsourcing to those securities company.
