中小城市客运交通站点的布局规划
摘 要:随着中小城市跨越式发展的步伐加快,市域范围内交通出行量随之增加,交通结构也发生着重大的变化,但城市中客运体系不发达,承受的需求弹性小,交通结构方式混乱,对于场站的建设、站点的布局及选址未能给予足够的重视,而客运体系中的场站是乘客集散、转换交通方式和线路场所,是城市客运体系中的重要节点。因此本文建立在中小城市交通一体化模式的基础上,对客运交通站点的换乘枢纽进行了分类,提出了枢纽选址的最优化模型和人机参与选址的方法。并提出了不同情形下换乘站台的港湾式和非港湾式站台的设置形式,分别讨论了同向和相向、与交叉口相衔接三种情况下换乘站点间的衔接模式。

Layout and plan on medium-small cities passenger traffic sites

Abstract: With the acceleration of the leap development of medium-sized cities, transportation amount in the city scope accordingly increases, the traffic structure also changes significantly, but passenger transportation system is not developed, too small to stand the demand elasticity , traffic structure disorders, it fails to give enough attention to the construction of station, the layout of the site and the site selection, and the terminal is the place where passengers gather and distribute, transit traffic style and transportation lines, which is the important node of urban passenger transport system. So in this paper, based on small and medium-sized city traffic integration mode, classified the transferred hub of passenger transport sites, puts forward optimization theory model and site selection with man-machine , and put forward the bus bay and non bus bay station of transfer platform under different situations, respectively discusses the connecting mode between transfer sites under three situations. such as the same direction and opposite direction and links up with intersection interchange .

0. 前言
中小城市一般是一定地域范围内政治、经济、文化、交通的中心,处于城镇体系的中端环节,与周围城市及乡镇相联系。随着中等城市跨越式发展的步伐加快,城区面积迅速扩张,但中小城市交通基础设施薄弱,不能紧跟着城市发展的步伐,客运体系不发达,尤其在遇到节假日时,无法满足乘客们的交通需求,承受的需求弹性小,交通结构方式混乱。中小城市对于道路资源及场站的供给上资源有限,往往只重视的是道路的改扩建,以满足机动车的需求,未能考虑到其对于客运交通体系的影响,对于场站
