大学生完美主义、自尊水平及其心理健康关系的研究介绍.doc

摘 要 完美主义通常被描述成一种人格特质、特征或一种认知行为倾向。自尊是个体对自我所持有的一种整体的评价，包括自我评价、重要性和能力方面。在本研究中选取济南大学6个学院的317名大学一年级至四年级的大学生为研究对象，运用多维完美主义量表（MPS)、Rosenberg（RSES)90项症状清单（SCL-90)9）完美主义和自尊对心理健康有显著地预测作用。 关键词：完美主义； 自尊水平； 心理健康； 大学生 ABSTRACT The perfectionism is described as a personality trait, or a cognitive behavioral tendency ,We thought: perfectionism is based on the high standards as the Central Element , psychological characteristics of emotional, cognitive. self-esteem is an overall evaluation for individual, including self-evaluation, the importance and ability aspect. .In the present study, selected the 6 Colleges of University of Jinan317 selectors, four grades students , used Perfectionism Scale (MPS), the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES), 90 symptom checklist (SCL-90) as a research tools,The aim of the research is to a comprehensive discussion the relationship of the college students perfectionism, level of self-esteem and psychological health,the creation of course to provide a theoretical basis for the mental health education,and provide some Suggestions and enlightenment. The conclusions are as follows: In gender, perfectionism and part difference dimension; Self-esteem does not exist significant difference, Mental health and its dimensions there are obvious differences.mental health and its dimensions exist most significant difference.s In the professional aspect,Perfectionism and part dimensions have significant differences; Self-esteem exists significant differences, Mental health and its part dimensions exist significant differences. In the nationality, perfectionism, self-esteem and mental health do not exist significant differences. In whether they are the only children aspect, perfectionism and part different dimensions; Self-esteem does not exist significant differences, Mental health and its various dimensions also does not exist significant differences.
