Choose the correct methods of performance appraisal, both on the company’s internal business process and learning made a good adjustment, also to achieve the strategic goal of the financial indicators and the customer satisfaction of complete set up reliable basis. In recent years, the enterprise economic development is not ideal, the performance evaluation and strategic management is also increasingly seriously, How to make all departments to maximize resource utilization, find beyond the traditional mainly on financial metrics of performance evaluation model for the enterprise for the better development is worthy of study and discussion.
