摘 要 基于MCGS和S7-200PLC的控制系统就是组态软件和可编程序控制器（PLC）联合应用的实例。在这个设计中，利用MCGS组态软件对数据、图形进行组态，进而做出上下水箱的动态仿真画面。然后PLC进行数据采集、处理并与MCGS平台进行通讯，从而对液位比值对象进行全面监控。 本设计采用了西门子的S7-200系列进行程序的编写。将编写正确的PLC程序与在MCGS组态软件下做出的动态界面进行动态连接，在经过检查证明组态的设置没有错误后，进入MCGS的运行环境，可以在MCGS运行环境下看到液位的实时曲线的变化输出情况，随时对水箱的液位状况进行调整和监测。在运行环境中可以通过鼠标在线的改变PID的参数设定值来实现对上下水箱的液位调节和控制，使系统达到要求值,从而大大提高了工作效率。 　  ABSTRACT Based on liquid flow MCGS and S7-200PLC cascade control system is the configuration software and programmable logic controller (PLC) combined with application examples.
