Institutions and the salary is relatively fixed, in the pay mix, performance pay proportion of low, be hard to restrict the state compensation policy, the performance appraisal system for enterprises is relatively old, but also for employee motivation and performance appraisal system is not perfect. So the institutions needed to establish their own performance appraisal system. Now many enterprises have begun the implementation of equity incentive, equity incentive can make the enterprise itself and bring rich rewards employees.
