轿车微车AMT_TCU认证环境测试系统硬件设计 The Hardware Design of the Car Mini Car AMT_TCU Environmental Certification Test System  摘 要 AMT（Automated Mechanical Transmission），中文名称是电脑控制液力换档机械式变速箱。其工作原理是在原有机械变速箱的基础上进行改造，主要是改变手动换档操作部分。AMT实际上是由一个电脑来控制一个机械系统来完成操作离合器和选档的动作。我们要测试的TCU即为AMT的控制部分，它是AMT的核心技术，决定着AMT的性能与运行质量。 针对轿车微车AMT_TCU的硬件测试需求，本文设计了相应的自动测试系统解决方案。整个测试系统包括十个测试单元，十个测试单元分为两组，每组五个单元由一台PC机控制；每个测试单元都是一个独立的环境负载箱，每次可以测试一台AMT_TCU；这样每台PC机可以同时控制五个测试单元（即环境负载箱）测试五个AMT_TCU，提高了测试效率；每个环境负载箱的硬件部分都是相同的。 测试时，PC机同时向五个测试单元发送测试命令，测试单元根据制定好的通信协议做出相应的正确的动作，动作完成后输出测试需求的信号提供给AMT_TCU进行检测；AMT_TCU检测结果通过CAN通讯发送给各自的测试单元，再由各个测试单元初步处理后发送给PC机，PC机接收到五个测试单元传回的测试数据后，将所有数据与设定的测试需求对比，得出判断结果，上位机软件需要实时显示测试结果并保存为文件形式以便于之后查看测试数据。 本论文设计的自动测试系统有效的提高了轿车微车AMT_TCU的测试效率和自动化程度，已经投入到了实际的应用当中，测试结果准确，工作稳定。 关键词： 变速箱，AMT-TCU，测试系统，测试单元，PC机 Abstract AMT（Automated Mechanical Transmission），We call it computer-controlled hydraulic mechanical transmission shift in Chinese. It’s working principle is based on the transformation of the original mechanical gearbox, the main changed is the manual-shift operation part. AMT is actually made up of a computer to control a robot system to complete the action of operating the clutch and gear selector. The AMT_TCU that we need to test is the control section, it is the core technology of the AMT, determines the performance and operation quality of AMT. According to the hardware testing requirements of micro cars vehicles AMT_TCU, In this treatise, we designed the corresponding automatic test system solutions. The entire test system includes ten test unit, ten test unit into two groups, each group of five controlled by a single PC. Each test unit is an independent environmental load box； It can test an AMT_TCU. So each PC can control five test cells (environmental load box) testing five AMT_TCU, improve test efficiency.
