 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT - 14 - 应聘者印象管理对无领导小组讨论效果的作用 摘 要 本研究共包括三个部分:无领导小组讨论中印象管理调查问卷的编制;大学 生在无领导小组讨论中的印象管理现状,及与性别、成就动机的关系研究;应聘者印象管理策略对无领导小组讨论测评得分的影响。在理论分析、访谈的基础上,构建了无领导小组讨论中印象管理策略的一般模型,编制了一份关于无领导小组讨论中印象管理策略的调查问卷;探讨了无领导小组讨论中成就动机和印象管理之间的关系、印象管理策略和无领导小组讨论测评得分之间的关系。 结果显示: (1)在无领导小组讨论中,应聘者最常用到的印象管理策略有行为整饰、观点遵从、自我抬高、抬举他人及合理化理由五个; (2)大学生在无领导小组讨论中使用的印象管理策略处于中等偏高水平;并且在无领导小组讨论中,女性的印象管理行为显著高于男性的印象管理行为 (3)在无领导小组讨论中,高成就动机的应聘者印象管理行为高于低成就动机者的印象管理行为; (4)应聘者适度的印象管理行为有助于提高应聘者在无领导小组讨论中的测评得分,但过度和过少的印象管理行为会降低应聘者的无领导小组讨论测评得分。 关键词:应聘者;印象管理;无领导小组讨论;作用效果 Abstract This study consists of three parts: the establishment of impression management questionnaire and the University.The current situation of impression management in the non leading group discussion, and the relationship between gender and achievement motivation. In theory analysis, based on interviews, to build a general model of leader panel discussion in impression management tactics, compiled a questionnaire about the leaderless group discussion in impression management tactics; to explore the relationship between achievement motivation and impression management leading group discussions, impression management tactics and leading group to discuss the relationship between the evaluation score. The results showed that: (1) in the leaderless group discussion, impression management strategies most commonly used candidates to have behavior grooming, opinion conformity, self promotion, lifting others and rationalization for five; (2) college students in the leaderless group discussion of the impression management strategy in the medium to high level; and leaderless group discussion, impression management impression management behavior in women was significantly higher than that of male (3) in the leaderless group discussion, impression management behavior of high achievement motivation applicants impression management behaviors than low achievement motivation; (4) the applicant impression management behavior appropriate help to improv
