Foreign investment plays an active role and presents a new tendency in china under the background of the increasing rise of the economic marketization level. Pearl River Delta, as the leading edge of the reform and opening-up and test field of various policies, has made a further development in taking advantage of foreign investments. By combining the relative data and the current situation of the project in Pearl River Delta, we have a further analysis and discussion on the actuality, characteristics and problem on the foreign investments in this paper. Meanwhile, corresponding solution projects are carried out to solve these problems which provide valuable reference comments to the further reform and economic development in Pearl River Delta.
