PAGE  UNIVERSITY 本科毕业论文 题 目： 食品中重金属含量的监测与评价 专 业： 学生姓名： 学生学号： 系 级 班： 指导教师： 职 称： 摘要 目前我国重金属的污染间接导致了食物品中含有了重金属元素，使得食物的品质不断的下降。我国每年减产1千多万吨的粮食，这些都是由于重金属污染而引起的，合计损失的人民币最少是200亿。并且，由土地污染引起的农产品质量安全问题令人堪忧，由此导致的群体性事件也是逐年的增加，这不仅危害了人民群众的身体健康，还对社会的稳定造成了严重的影响。本文研究食品中重金属含量的监测与评价，具有重要的意义。 关键词：重金属，食品污染，危害，微量元素 Abstract At present, Chinas heavy metal pollution have indirectly led to the food products containing heavy metals, so that the quality of the food is decreased. Chinas annual production of 1 million tons of grain, these are caused by heavy metal pollution, the total loss of RMB is at least 20 billion. And that caused by the pollution of the land is agricultural products the quality and safety problems worrying, resulting in mass incidents is also increasing year by year, which not only endanger peoples health, but also on the social stability caused serious effect. Monitoring and evaluation of heavy metal content in food research, has important significance.
