郑州航空工业管理学院 毕 业 论 文（设 计） 201 届 专业 班 题 目 关于绿镁科技的生产线平衡应用研究 姓 名 姚小龙 学号 090507235 指导教师 王佳佳 职称 助教 二О年 月 日  生产线平衡即是对生产的全部工序进行平均化，调整作业负荷，以使各作业时间尽可能相近的技术手段与方法。目的是消除作业间不平衡的效率损失以及生产过剩。生产线平衡是一门很大的学问，生产线平衡直接关系到生产线的正常使用。生产线平衡率在某种程度上决定着企业设备和人员的利用率，并限制着生产线生产能力的提高。基于电子生产企业生产线的工艺平衡问题是一般劳动密集型生产企业的普遍存在问题，分析工艺平衡是提高生产率的关键问题,有助于采取相应的措施，以利于企业生产效率的提高。 本研究首先针对G07装配线车间布局，依据加工工艺进行程序分析，发现瓶颈工序，参照程序分析的改善方法及动作分析、工装自动化等IE方法与手段；将瓶颈工序的作业内容分担给其它工序；分解作业时间较短的工序，把该工序安排到其它工序当中去；在必要时，增加全能工来平衡流水线。最后再对细节问题予以深入研究，全面提高劳动生产率及平衡率，产量随之提高，单位产品成本也随之下降，企业盈利就能显著提高。 关 键 词 生产线平衡；；Study On The Production Line Balance Application Of The Green Magnesium Technology Author: Yao Xiaolong Tutor: Wang Jiajia Abstract The balance of production line is the average of all the processes of production, adjust the work load, so that the operation time of technical means as similar as possible and method. Aim is to eliminate the unbalanced operation efficiency loss and the production of excess. Production line balancing is a lot of knowledge, production line balance is directly related to the normal use of the production line. Production line balancing rate in some extent decides the enterprise equipment and personnel utilization rate, and restricts the production line production capacity increase. Process line balancing problem of electronic production enterprises based on the common problems are generally labor-intensive production enterprise, process analysis of balance is the key problem to improve the productivity, help to take corresponding measures, in order to improving the efficiency of enterprises.
