中文摘要  大学生是高等人力资源，对大学生的在校培养及未来就业，以及在企业中的 成长，都是非常重要的事情，关系到千家万户的切身利益，也关系到社会和谐、 稳定。大学生就业工作涉及大学生从学校到企业的角色转变，因而这个过渡工作 的处理与引导历来都是十分重要。各大院校、各级政府都把大学生就业工作摆在 当前就业工作首位，千方百计拓宽大学生就业门路，引导他们通过不同的渠道就 业，并鼓励大学生自主创业。各大企业也基于人力资源的需求，密切关注大学生 就业的问题，甚至从大二大三就开始关注学生整体素质的成长。可以说，大学生 就业的良好引导，面临人力资源整体素质的考验，也是提升社会人力资源整体素 质的重要措施。 从 90 年代中期开始，高校毕业生就业制度有了重大改革，大学生的就业有 了新的变化和问题，由原先的计划经济体制下的“统招统分”到市场经济体制下 的“双向选择、自主择业”的过程，大学生就业面临人力资源整体素质的考验， 用人单位也关注整体素质高的大学生，而不是受计划经济的影响，纯粹接收硬性 分配的大学生，本文从高等院校、用人单位及社会的角度，阐述了当代大学生就 业形势的现状及对策分析，分别从高校、政府、用人企业及大学生自身等几方面 分析，希望对当代大学生毕业后找到一份适合自己的工作提供有价值的参考。大 学生群体的增加，会提升社会整体的人力资源水平，同时，如何良性地引导大学 生就业，成为提升社会人力资源整体素质的关键环节，也是我们大学生人力资源 素质整体发展的重要途径。 关键词：促进；对策；大学生就业 ABSTRACT University students are the higher human resources, therefor the college culture, future employment and growth in the enterprise all are the very important things which are related to the vital interests of millions of households, it also related to the social harmony and stability. Employment of Students involved college student’s transition from the campus to the society, and thus guide and deal with this transition which are always very important. University and government regard the university students’ employment as their most important works, they do everything possible to broaden the students’ employment, they guiding them to be employed vid the different channels and encourage them to start their own businesses.
