胎儿超声心动图对监测胎儿中晚孕期卵圆孔的临床意义  摘 要 目的：使用超声心动图监测胎儿中晚孕期的房间隔卵圆孔大小的临床意义。方法：监测16～40周不同孕周的卵圆孔大小、形态、功能的变化。结果：正常孕16～40周胎儿卵圆孔大小约6±2mm。结论：中晚孕胎儿测量卵圆孔大小、形态的方法简单关系及卵圆孔大小随孕周增大而增大，其测值可做超声心动图评价胎儿心脏的一项重要指标。 关键词 多普勒超声心动图 胎儿卵圆孔 孕周 doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007—614x.2012.29.193 abstract objective：to approach the methods in standard sections for detecting normal foramen ovale sizes on ultrasound and to compare the formen ovale sizes at different gestational ages.methods：the foramen ovale sizes at 16—40 week s gestation were measured on ultrasound.results：normal fetal foramen ovale at 16—40gestational weeks was 6±2mm
