Research on the problems and Countermeasures of knowledge management in supply chain Abstract In the social environment of knowledge and economy, the function of the supply chain will be further extended, which means to bring the knowledge resources of enterprise into the range of authority which will become a new content of the supply chain and a new direction of development. Domestic studies, however, are mainly confined to choosing and defining the suppliers, cost reduction, quality control, and ensuring the continuity and the economic of the supply chain and some other technical problems which focus on the international large-scale enterprises in the implementation of ERP project, and the strategic issues of knowledge management is less in the research of supply chain, nevertheless, study on the relationship between the specific research on supply chain management and knowledge management is much less. Therefore, it has important theoretical guidance significance to study on relationship between supply chain and the knowledge management, the way to carry out knowledge management and to keep the competitive advantage among enterprises. This paper puts forward relevant problems affecting the efficiency of knowledge management of supply chain by the research on knowledge management of the supply chain, combined with the factors affecting the flow chart of supply chain knowledge management. According to the flow chart, it analyzes the factors in the process of supply chain knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge innovation and influencing factors.
