Absrtact Abstract Intheeraofinformationeconomics,manysmallandmedium-sized enterprisesinChinahaverealizedthattheymustintroduceinformation technologyandadvancedmanagementmethodsintotheirmechanism, whichwillhelpthemavoidbeingwashedout,insteadofformerdated managementmeansandconcepts.So,researchoninformatizationofsmall andmedium-sizedenterprisesisbecomingahotspot Thethesisprovidesanalysisandresearchontheoryanddevelopment ofinformatizationofenterprises.Thatis,thecoreofinformatizationisto usemodem informationtechnologyanddrawadvancedmethodsand meansintomanagementflowthatwillgreatlyimprovemanagement efficiencyandlevel.Accordingtothecharacteristicsofsmalland medium-sizedenterprises,combinedwithsuccessexperienceofdeveloped countriesandthesituationofChina,weshouldanalyzethecurrentstatus andtrendofinformationtechnology,doresearchonourrealneedsof information,and provideappliedprinciplesand blueprintsfor informatizationofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises.Wedohopethat wecouldprovideusefulmethodstohelpourenterprisesimprovetheir efficiencyandbenefitsbymakinginformatization. WeusedthecaseofinformatizationofYingxingChuangxinfine ChemicalindustryLtd.Theresultsshowthatonthebaseofreasonable layout,informatizationcanberealizedbycollaboratingbetween enterprisesandapplyserviceproviders ASP .Thisisafeasiblewayto solvetheproblemsduringtheprocessofinformatizationofsmalland mediun-sizedenterprisesinChina.
