Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Small and Micro Enterprises Transformation in Liaoning Area Abstract Along with the increasing development of socialist market economy system and the deepening of reform and opening up in our country, small and micro enterprises have become the most dynamic part of Chinas economy, which play an important role in our national economy. Especially in supporting the large business service industry and commodity industry, small and micro enterprises are indispensable. These enterprises, however, are easily eliminated in the fierce competition because of their small size, lack of management system and limitation of the low capital and technology constitute, which have lost their original vitality and vigor. Especially with the further intensification of the financial crisis in 2010, Chinas small and micro enterprises have confronted unknown difficulties such as the sharp rise of raw materials prices, the increase of labor costs, an appreciating of RMB and difficulty in enterprise recruitment, which resulted in rupture of a large number of small and micro enterprises’ capital chain or even bankruptcy, which made them be widespread concern in society. Liaoning province, located in the northeast of China, as an old industrial base, not only possesses a large number of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises which make a great contribution to its economic market, but its small and micro enterprises also play an important role in the economic and social life.
