It’s my great honor to stand here to interpret my lesson. Today, my topic is about a letter-writing part. My lesson consists of the following aspects, such as analysis of the teaching material, analysis of students, teaching aims and so on. Now I will show them one by one. Ⅰ. Analysis of the teaching material Firstly, let me introduce the teaching material. It’s about a letter of junior students. The writing part of letter is very important for students. According to the letter, students can understand the form of letter, and learn how to write a letter. Ⅱ. Analysis of the students Secondly, I will talk about the students. Although junior students have certain foundation of English with reading /speaking/listening and writing abilities, they still need more chances to practice and express their opinion, particularly the more difficult part —writing part. Ⅲ. Analysis of the teaching aims Thirdly, I’d like to introduce the teaching aims. They cover three aims, I will introduce them one by one: 1. Knowledge aims: According to the letter, students learn to express the completed passages and understand the writing logic. 2.Ability aims: By the end of this class, students can write coherent and complete passages, narrate affairs and express opinions. 3.Emotion aims: Students can form a good habit of writing the short dairy in English. Ⅳ. Analysis of the key and difficult points Fourthly, it is the key and difficult points. 1.Key points: Master the writing methods and improve the writing ability. 2.Difficult points: Teach the students how to get the key words and how to use effective sentences to complete a coherent composition.
