摘 要 伴随着网络技术的应用及快速普及，电子商务作为一种新型的交易方式迅速发展，并渗透到社会的各个方面。在传统国际贸易中，交易方对产品的洽谈、订购、销售、配送、支付以及各类谈判等商业活动往往分在不同的地点进行。而依附网络的情况下，电子商务突破了传统贸易以单向物流为主的运行模式，将交易过程中的物流、商流、资金流、信息流等资源汇集在一个平台上，并通过这个平台完成资源的共享和业务的重组，从而帮助交易双方节约成本，提高企业管理效率及业务水平，并增强企业适应国际市场的能力。此外，通过电子商务企业可以接触更广泛、更充分的信息，从而，及时了解行业动态。信息的共享化使市场参与者间的竞争更加激烈，这必将有助于促进企业拓宽服务渠道并带动服务质量的提高。 本文主要分析了正嘉鑫公司外贸业务中电子商务的应用现状，发现正嘉鑫对电子商务存在态度不正确、手段不恰当、依靠低价竞争及缺乏人才的问题。并针对上述问题提出相应的解决方案，以帮助正嘉鑫公司更好地利用电子商务来拓展国际市场，提升企业自身的竞争力。 关键词：电子商务；外贸业务；企业 Abstract With the application of network technology and the rapid popularization, electronic commerce as a new business mode, rapid development, and penetrate into all aspects of society.
