摘 要 本次设计的题目是后栏板起重运输车的设计。栏板起重运输车采用汽车车厢的栏板或附加起重栏板为起重装置，并利用车身的动力源，驱动栏板进行升降以装卸货物，从而从一定程度上实现了快速货运。 它适用于箱、袋、桶、捆等包装方式的货物的装卸运输作业，因此在商业、邮政、地质勘探、图书发行、等部门的货物运输中表现出较好的优越性。 本次设计在查阅大量相关资料的基础上，深入分析了后栏板起重运输汽车设计的总体方案，对底盘、升降机构、液压系统、后栏板以及相关附件等进行了合理选择。并通过对底盘型号的选取，确定了整车性能参数。以此为基础，加上对升降机构运动学、力学的分析，对升降机构各部分尺寸参数进行了确定和校核。采用液压系统对各个元件进行控制以实现其起重、举升、装卸货物的功能，并通过对各液压元件的设计计算，确定系统采用的液压元件的型号。确定了对后栏板起重运输汽车的总体参数。对改装后的整车性能也进行了分析和计算，以确定是否能满足国家标准。 关键词：改装设计；后栏板；起重装置；升降机构；液压系统  ABSTRACT The project topic is the design of the tailgate lift truck.Platecrane truck used car plate or additional lifting device for lifting and using the bodys power source to drive take-off and landing plate for loading and unloading of car goods ，thereby brings out the fast freight on some degree. It applies to boxes, bags, barrels, bundles, such as packaging of the loading and unloading of goods transport operations, so in the commercial, postal services, geological prospecting, book publishing, such as transport of goods sector showed the superiority of better. The article makes in-depth analysis of the program of the overall design on the basis of searching for a large number of relevant information, make a reasonable choice for chassis, Lifting mechanism, hydraulic system, tailgate and the related accessories. And also through the selection of the chassis, the article determines the performance parameters of the vehicle. On this basis, adding to the kinematics and mechanical analysis of the tailgate lift mechanism, it makes the identification and verification of the size of the tailgate lift’s movements. Meanwhile, adopting a hydraulic control system to controll each component, it carrys on the function of rising goods, lifting, and unloading goods, and though the design of hydraulic components, it determines the components of the hydraulic models. At this point, the article determines the overall parameters of the whole vechile. In addition, it makes the analysis and calculation for the whole after repacking
