摘 要 传动辊台是一种古老的运输设备。传动辊台作为一种输送成件物品的连续输送机械，在铸造、冶金及其他加工制造业中有悠久的应用历史。近二十年来，由于家电等工业蓬勃兴起，各种有传动辊台组成的生产线、装配线应运而生。尤其是连续生产流水线的普遍采用，为传动辊台的广泛应用和发展注入了新的活力。与其他输送成件物品的运输机械相比，现代辊子输送机除了具有结构简便、运转可靠、维护方便的传统优点外，其显著优点就是它与连续生产工艺过程良好的相容性和配套性。它不仅可以连接生产工艺过程，而且可以直接参与生产工艺过程；在安装布置上可以很方便地与工艺设备及其他输送设备连接配合。因而，在现在化生产的各类加工、装配、测试、包装、贮运、分拣等流水生产线中，几乎随处可以发现有辊子输送机组成的输送系统。 本文对输送机传动辊台结构及部件进行设计，该设计的创新之处在于机动转台部分的设计。通过电机的带动及多个接触器的使用，来实现了全自动的转向输送，改变了过去依靠人力来实现的方式。但由于水平有限和所学知识的不足，肯定还存在若干问题，希望通过以后的学习和实践，可以更好的改进转台，使其水平能够达到更好的满足生产要求。 关键词：输送机；传动辊台；机动转台；设计 Abstract Drive roller table is an old transportation equipment.
