摘 要 我国是煤炭资源最为丰富的国家，煤炭的储量和产量占世界第一位。煤炭已经成为我国所依赖的重要能源。煤炭的开采是高危行业，井下条件十分恶劣，矿井工作人员时刻有着生命危险，在这样的条件下设计一种安全、可行、易操作的矿用机械就具有着深远的意义，这样才能保证矿井工作人员的安全，提高采煤的效率。在本论文中先通过论述普通单体液压支架的发展，和分类，液压单体支柱的工作原理和结构使之对单体液压支柱支柱有了初步的了解，三用阀、底座、限位装置和复位弹簧查阅了大量的资料和图纸对单体液压支架有了初步的了解，但是对于设计还是有些欠缺，希望在以后的工作实际中和论文内容相结合能有更好的的认实。在了解的基础上我对普通的单体液压支柱进行了最初步的改造，比如在单体液压支柱的四角盘上加上螺母，再用钢丝绳穿过去，再用挂钩使之与顶板的锚网相连接达到固定的效果，这种方法简单而且易于操作，在实际工作能够得到广泛的效果能够达到防倒的目的，是综采工作以及巷道支护中得到广泛应用，能够更好的保护井下工人的生命安全，则操作简单易行是它最大的优点，像这种能够实施易行的改造装置则是我在本文论述的一个方向和重点。还在这些简单的防倒设计的基础上对山东省煤炭工业管理局机械化高型切顶支柱防滑防倒装置 关键词：单体液压支架 大倾角煤层 内注式 三用阀 防倒装置 Abstract Ascend and descend the horizontal move type stereoscopic stop the garage to is local in recent years of newly arisen property, consist in constructing mechanization stereoscopic stop the garage.
