摘 要 随着社会的进步，人们的生活水平日益提高，人们的需求也越来越多，家电产品是人们日常生活必不可少的生活用品，人们对电器产品的要求从实用性、可靠性己经提高到对舒适性、美观性、安全性、实用经济性等方面的考虑。对电器产品的这种不断提出的新要求，促使电器产品的外观不断的改进，零件的生产技术也不断得到新的发展，使家电产品外壳零件成形技术在成形领域中占有越来越重要的地位。目前，电器产品的外形设计及加工技术日益受到了国内外的高度重视，德国、美国、日本等发达国家在这方面的研究已经取得相当的进展。他们的电器产品外观美观，让人赏心悦目，而且设计高效快捷，产品更新换代加快。本次毕业设计设计的是一种安全性能高、效率高、坚固耐用、结构简单便于维修和保管的甘蔗榨汁机，甘蔗通过轧辊压榨之后，甘蔗渣排出机体，甘蔗汁则流入甘蔗汁容器中。论文中对机体，传动机构，轴，键等做了设计，并进行校核，从而确保甘蔗榨汁机设计合理，并且耐用。 关键词：甘蔗榨汁机；产品设计；结构设计  Abstract: Along with societys progress, peoples living standard is improving, people demand more and more, the electrical appliances product is essential to daily life of people living supplies, the people of electrical products from the requirements of practicality, reliability has been raised to the comfort, aesthetics, safety aspects of practical economic considerations, etc.. The new requirements put forward to the electrical products, improved electrical products to the appearance of continuous, parts of the production technology has been a new development, household electrical appliances shell parts forming technology plays more and more important in the field of forming position. At present, electrical products form design and processing technology has attracted great attention at home and abroad, considerable progress has been made in developed countries, the United States, Japan, Germany, the research in this field. Their aesthetic appearance of electrical products, let the people be good to hear or see, but also the design of efficient, speed up the upgrading of products. This graduation design is sugar cane juice machine with a high safety performance, high efficiency, durable, simple in structure and convenient to repair and storage, then by roller press sugarcane, sugarcane bagasse sent the body, sugar cane juice into the sugar cane juice containers. On the body, drive mechanism, the shaft, key to do the design, and carries on the examination,so as to ensure design of sugarcane juice machine is reasonable, and durable. K
