内吸式滤尘器机械CAD图纸设计.doc

摘 要 内吸式滤尘器主要除去空气中的纤尘和粉尘。除尘空间是一个长3000mm，直径2000mm的圆笼，含尘空气透过围在圆笼内的滤布由内往外吹，灰尘就被留在了滤布的内表面。为了防止火灾，滤料为WS-1非织造复合滤料。在工作过程中，圆笼是固定不动的。圆笼中心有一个空心轴，电机通过减速器和带轮的减速，速度由每分钟1390r/min变为4.2r/min,带轮装在主轴上，这样主轴的转速就为4.2r/min。轴上装有有吸嘴架，吸嘴架可以跟着主轴做圆周运动，同时吸嘴架和一个丝杠连接，丝杠装在主轴上，主轴通过传动比1:1的齿轮使丝杠自转，即丝杠以相同的转速自转和公转。这样吸嘴架就能在实现圆周运动的同时实现轴向移动。圆笼内环境比较复杂，不可能有效的传递电信号，同时，空气中又有很多易燃的粉尘，所以不能设计电机正反转装置。要想实现吸嘴架的自动往复运动，必须使用往复丝杠，往复丝杠是立体凸轮副的一种形式，就是在丝杠上加工两条螺距相同、旋向相反的螺纹槽，两端用过渡曲线连接。丝杠在旋转过程中，螺旋槽的侧面推动置于螺旋槽内的滑块作轴向往复运动。当丝杠匀速旋转时，滑块除了完成换向动作外还作匀速直线运动。刻下螺距相同但旋向相反的螺纹槽，在螺纹两端的位置用过渡圆弧连接。这样就能实现自动反向，，不需要电机的反转。吸嘴架上有四个吸嘴，每个吸嘴之间的距离是750mm，吸嘴的最大位移为750mm，刚好可以在3000mm的范围内吸尘。 关键词：滤尘器、 往复丝杆、圆笼、吸嘴.
