联轴器设计及相关技术研究 摘要：机床在机械行业的发展中是一种必不可少的工具，随着社会的发展机床各项技术的研究对于国防事业的稳定有着不可估量的重大意义，是我国经济发展的重要标志，在连接机床的连接件中，联轴器更是处于核心的部位，影响着主要机床的性能。判断一个机床的好坏更重要的是联轴器的好坏，因此我觉得研究联轴器很有必要。 联轴器可以传递很大的功率，寿命长，结构简单，适用于高速大功率机组。足够的强度和刚度是他的基本条件，用以保证连接件，在各种各样的载荷情况下都能正常运行。我的毕业设计研究的就是3种弹性联轴器，他们分别是：HL弹性注销联轴器，梅花形EK2弹性联轴器，GLD双膜片型弹性联轴器 本次论文的主要研究内容如下： （1）首先对弹性连轴器做一个整体的简介，通过查阅相关的国内外文献、设计资料、有关专利文献等，了解联轴器的国内外发展现状，在这个基础上设计3种弹性联轴器； （2）首先对HL弹性连轴器做一个简单的概述，提出了对这种联轴器在使用时出现的问题，并且针对该问题进行改正和修正，达到很好的效果； （3）其次对梅花形EK2弹性联轴器的的工作原理做相关介绍，结合其他的相关资料对其材料进行选择，最终选择其材料和金属的粘结方式，因为这关系到联轴器的正常使用； （4）最后对GLD双膜片弹性连轴器进行简单的介绍，通结合国内外的资料，对其进行材料的选择和整体的结构设计，最终达到理想的效果。 关键词：柱销联轴器；梅花联轴器；双膜片联轴器；创新技术  Elastic coupling design and related technologies Abstract: It is an indispensable tool machinery industry as a tool, in-depth study of the technology for key parts of the machine to a stable defense immeasurable significance machine connections, the coupling is at the core.
