曲面印刷机PLC控制系统设计 摘要：全自动曲面印刷机所应用PLC程序，不仅可以控制上下料结构和各部件的同步联动而且还可控制其自动对版，提高对版精度，增强印刷准确率，加快印刷效率，效率达每分钟300件。 曲面印刷控制系统由PLC组成，不仅增加了印刷机械的自动化程度，也大大提高了生产效率。PLC的应用代替了老式三菱重工中大量的继电器、电磁阀等实体元器件，提高了安全因素，简化了设计空间，节省了生产成本，降低了维修难度和成本，更为重要的是增强了机械的反应灵敏和自动化程度。降低了操作者的工作量，提高了工作印刷效率。 “十二五”期间，我国的曲面印刷机发展迅速，信息化发展、原创技术应用也得到了大大的增强。面向“十三五”，在“中国制造2025”的大背景下，曲面印刷机等电气控制机械行业将会迎来一个前所未有的提速发展，互联网的应用，大数据的共享，将会是一个大的趋势。因此，这就需要我们对PLC技术进行更加熟练的应用和创新。 关键词：曲面印刷机；PLC；电气控制；自动化  Curved surface print machine Abstract:Curved surface automatic printing machine is a kind of equipment that used to print cylindrical,circular,conical colored products,that equipment contains cyclic printing organ,raw material organ,load and unload mechanism and transmission mechanism.it works depend on PLC to synchronous load,unload,printing and all of synchronization operation.Traditional products adopts manual version,and slower version of the low accuracy, and can cause a certain amount of material waste. In automatic version of surface printing machine, adopted automatically through PLC control technology of edition, can achieve multi-color overprint accurately, top speed of 300 per minute of a complete printing of high efficiency surface printing. The whole system is controlled by PLC to realize the electrical, automation degree is high, multiplied improve production efficiency.Use PLC control system instead of the original large-scale use of physical components relay, solenoid valves, etc., can save a lot of costs, simplify volume control system, reducing cabling, timely and convenient debugging changes. Use PLC control system can significantly improve the control of each part reflects the speed, but also help to reduce the workload of the control system design.
