摘 要 中药切片机切削机构的工作性能直接影响中药材的切片质量，不同的中药材对于切片的厚度和形状都有不同的要求。目前我省的药材切片加工基本上都是以手工进行，这种传统、粗糙的加工方式加工方式不仅效率低、可靠性差，而且会对中药材产生巨大的浪费。究其原因，是因为大多数小商家不愿意花大钱购买大型切片机，且大型切片机的占地面积过大，安全系数低，需要接三相电源，大部分的药材材零售商和批发商的小批量加工都是以手工进行。本文针对目前这种药材加工的现状，通过查找大量相关文献资料，并且参考了现在已有的药材切片机的设计思路，综合了它们的优缺点加以比较，研究设计出了一种具有体积小、效率高、操作简便，精巧美观，工作过程平稳，既省电又安全且价格相对便宜等特点的小型旋转式中药切片机，为了便于小商家的使用，本机选用单相电机配套，速比慢而切片功效高，切片厚度可以调节，且可以改变切片的形状，适合大多数药材加工的需求，广泛适用于各药店，中药房，中药加工场等。 关键词：药材；切片机；设计 Abstract Herbs work performance directly affects the cutting mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine slicing machine in the chip quality, different medicines have different requirements for the slice thickness and shape.
