黑龙江省县域经济发展水平空间差异分析 I摘 要 县域经济是我国经济的基础层次，县域经济的发展与国民经济持续、快速和健康 发展以及国家的长治久安息息相关，大力发展县域经济将对我国的经济产生深远的影 响。本文以黑龙江省县域经济为例，运用熵值法对黑龙江省的66个县的经济实力进行 了评价和分析。分析结果表明：黑龙江省的县域经济发展极为不平衡，66个县中只有 7%为发达地区，集中在黑龙江省的哈尔滨周围；21%为较发达地区，大都分布在本省 的南部；59%为欠发达地区，集中在本省的中部和北部，还有13%为落后地区。可见， 黑龙江省的县域经济发展还处于比较落后的阶段，这种状况制约着全省经济的发展， 必须积极采取有利措施促进县域经济又好又快地发展，从而实现黑龙江省整体经济的 快速发展。 关键词：县域经济；熵值法；空间差异；黑龙江省 IIAbstract The county economy is the basic economic level in China and it is closely related to the sustained, rapid and healthy development of national economy as well as the nation’s long-term stability. Developing county economy greatly will have profound effect on China’s economy. This paper takes the county economy in Heilongjiang Province as an example. Evaluating and analyzing 66 counties’ economic strength of Heilongjiang Province by using a more objective method of entropy. The results show that: the development of the county economy in Heilongjiang Province is extremely unbalanced. There are only 7% developed regions which located around Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang Province; 21% regions are well-developed, mostly located in the south;59% regions are less developed, concentrated in the central and northern; as well as 13% regions are undeveloped. It is seen that the development of county economy in Heilongjiang Province is still in the relatively backward stage and all the economies in Heilongjiang Province will be restricted in this situation. It is necessary to take active measures to promote the development of the county economy, for the better and faster, so that the overall development in Heilongjiang Province will be achieved.
