摘 要 随着我国市场经济体制的建立和完善，我国垄断行业在维护我国经济的稳定和发展的同时，也呈现出越来越多的问题和矛盾。与其他发达国家相比，我国垄断行业拥有其特殊的形成过程和存在方式。旧有的垄断行业经营方式急需改革和完善。因此，分析我国垄断行业的形成原因与发展现状，探索我国垄断行业的改革和发展途径至关重要。 本文通过对垄断行业的定义、特征及分类等理论的的概述，结合我国垄断行业如今的发展状况，阐明了我国垄断行业存在的一系列问题。在看到我国垄断行业存在问题的同时，也分析了我国垄断行业为我国经济发展所做出的突出贡献。通过对我国垄断行业形成和发展的内外部多种因素的综合分析，结合我国解决垄断行业问题的国家政策，阐明了我国垄断行业的发展方向和改革途径。从国家的角度，企业的角度，以及每一个国民的角度去看待我国垄断行业的改革问题，为我国垄断行业营造一个健康、有序的发展环境。 关键词： 垄断 环境 制度 The Research About the Current Situation and Trend of Development of Domestic Monopoly Industry Abstract：With the establishment and consummation of the market economy system in china, while monopoly industry maintain the national economic stability and development, more and more problems and contradictions begin to present. Compared with other developed countries, monopoly industry in China has its special formation process and the way of existence.
