With the hotel industry competition intensifies day by day, the problem of occupation burnout of hotel staff become affect their physical and mental health, reduce the bottleneck of the development of the quality of work and control of hotel industry. In this paper, with the widespread of hotel industry employee occupation burnout this phenomenon as the theme, through access to a large number of books and materials, the authors personal experience and related hotel website database, the author discussed the reason analysis, systematic problem on this phenomenon, the internal causes of this phenomenon is inevitable and external cause trigger contingency comprehensively mining and exploration, reveals the negative effect arising from this phenomenon on the hotel operation and development, the destruction of role to staff learning and work and enterprise culture construction.
