How to Improve the Writing Skill ---书面表达评析指导 达州铁路中学 龙红英 Teaching Aims:　 1. To develop Ss’ basic skills of writing. 2. To get Ss to know something about how to evaluate a composition and have a better understanding of what aspects they should focuse on when writing 3. To encourage Ss to practice, participate, and co-operate in the classroom activities.　 4. Encourage the students to have the confidence of English wrting , appreciate good papers and cultivate their taste. Teaching Important Points: Enable the Ss to learn some common features of a good writing. Improve the students’ ability of appreciating a good writing. Teaching Difficult Points: 1. How to make the Ss understand the key points of good English compositions. 2. How to make the Ss use these rules to guide their writing. Teaching Approaches:　　 Communicative approach and Computer-Assisted Instruction are to be used in this lesson. And I will try my best to limit Teacher Talking Time and increase STT (Student Talking Time).
