陈德芳：铁法小青矿180万t/年新井设计 辽宁工程技术大学毕业设计（论文） PAGE 100 PAGE 99 摘要 本设计是辽宁铁法小青矿(180 Mt/a）新井设计，小青井田的地质条件很好，煤层赋存简单，倾角很小，属于近水平煤层。因此，在我国现有的煤炭开发能力前提下，结合小青矿煤层的赋存条件，该井田采用立井单水平集中的开拓方式，倾斜长壁采煤法，同时在个别块段采用走向长壁采煤法。 现代矿井的设计方向是，在保证安全的前提下，系统越简单越好。在该设计中，采用集中大巷，斜巷代替主要石门的布置方式；综采工作面内装备大功率电牵引采煤机、电液控制的大吨位液压支架及大运量输送机等机电一体化高新技术；立井采用箕斗提升，副井采用罐笼提升，辅助运输采用单轨吊，能实现全矿井的连续运输。 本矿井的生产系统非常简单，生产高度集中，用人少，效率高，更安全，该矿井能在一矿一井一面的条件下达到生产能力，符合当前世界煤炭工业发展的趋势。 关键字：倾斜长壁；机电一体化；一矿一井一面 ABSTRACT This design is the new mine design of Tiefa Xiao Qing mine LIAONING(180Mt/a), the field geological condition of Xiao Qing is very well, the exist condition of coalseam bearing is simple,its inclination angle is very small, belongs to the near horizontal colaseam. Therefore, under our country′s existing coal development bearing sequence, this mine field selects the development method which in the one lever central layout and slop longwall mining method, simultaneously uses in the individual section moves towards the strike longwall mining method. The design direction of morden mine is, under the premise of guarantee security, the system is simpler. In this design, uses the concentrating roadway lane, 10°slanting lanes replace the main crosscut arangment way; The mining face fully mechanized wquio the hign efficiency electricity hauling coal mining machine, the great toonage hydraulic pressure support of electic-hydraulic control and the great transportation on amount coneyer ahd so on the new electic-mechaical intergrated technology; the vertical shage uses the skip hoisting, the auxiliary shafe usesthe cage hoisting, assists transportation use the monorail, realize continuous transportation of the entire mine.
