Managing Problems and Countermeasures of Fushun’s Public Kindergartens Abstract Preschool education, as the initial stage of our whole education system, has an important role in developing healthily children’s intelligence and personality. In recent years, Chinas preschool education is facing more and more challenges. Permitted and encouraged by the national policy, various private kindergartens have been increasing rapidly. On the contrary, public kindergartens are tending to shrink meanwhile. A national Well-developed public kindergarten is the key factor for our country to realize the fairness and popularization of pre-school education. It’s a common question for all the public kindergartens to consider that how to make good use of their own advantages and keep moving forward by managing effectively. Researched management cases of the four Fushun’s kindergartens, this paper tried to analyze and give some suggestions to the common problems of public kindergarten management, such as administrative system, human resource, logistics and culture management. This paper consists of five sections. The first section introduces the academic background and significance of this research, the domestic and foreign literature summarization relevant, the sources, purpose and contents of this research. The second part discusses the developing history and management actuality of Fushun’s public kindergarten. The third part analyzes the common questions of public kindergarten management, such as administrative system, human resource, logistics and culture management. The fourth part gives some suggestions of the public kindergarten management reformation correspondingly.
