It is also an important basis for establishing countermeasures of improving performance management of the Group. Moreover, it can promote sustainable development of a real estate enterprise group. Based on the perspective of stakeholders, the thesis defines the definition of enterprise group, the real estate enterprise group, and performance evaluation, analyzes theories of stakeholders and performance evaluation, proposes the performance evaluation method on real estate enterprise group. According to the characteristics of the performance of real estate enterprise groups and the basis of the perspective of stakeholder, the preliminary indicator system is constructed. On the basis of clustering analysis and principal component analysis, the final indicator system of real estate enterprise group is constructed.
