 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IV 福建省高速公路服务区功能拓展研究 基于马斯洛需求层次理论的分析 摘 要 伴随着2006年至2010年五年间“十一五”规划顺利实施，我国的交通领域的进展迅速。其一在于我国的高速公路里程大大增加了，其二在于大大改善了我国现有的高速公路的基础设施。目前随着我国高速公路不断提升的同时，也暴露出一系列的问题，这大大的阻碍了人们生活水平的提高，目前我国高速公路已经无法满足高速人们的需求，大大制约着高速公路整体功能的进一步发挥，有碍于高速公路服务区的进一步发展。 本文以福建地区为例，主要研究福建省高速公路服务区，从它目前的现状开始研究，研究该地区开展高速公路服务区拓展的必要性，进而找出该地区服务区目前存在的问题，利用马斯洛需求层次理论分析研究。归纳总结国外发展的优秀的高速公路服务区的现状特点，作为目前福建省高速公路服务区发展借鉴。论文就福建省高速公路服务区进行了功能现状研究及SWOT分析，在对现状作了较为详细分析的基础上，针对福建地区特殊的区域特点，结合国内外优秀城市的高速路段服务区功能拓展总体思路及其启示，基于马斯洛需求层次分析中生存层次、安全层次、社交层次、尊重层次、自我实现层次等相关分析论证，提出了基于马斯洛需求层次理论的福建省高速公路服务区功能拓展营销策略。 关键词：高速公路服务区；功能定位；功能拓展 Abstract With room for five years from 2006 to 2010, Eleventh Five-Year Plan the smooth implementation of Chinas progress in the field of traffic quickly.
