In order to be accepted into your work environment or classroom, you must have reached a minimum level of proficiency in English. However, first of all，as an English learner, you are expected to open your mouth and say everything you want to express. Developing excellent oral English skills as early as possible will allow you to effectively share ideas with other people. It will also make you more effective in conveying your ideas to people around you who use English as native language or a second, in the form of well-written papers, convincing presentations, and engaging personal conversations. Retelling means people use their own understandings to refine or imitate an article which is similar to the text. By retelling what they have known, people can improve their ability to express in English. Oral English has its own features, but it is closely combined with other aspects of English, for example, retelling may make oral English precise and accurate.
