河南财政税务高等专科学校 毕 业 论 文 论文题目： 浅谈建设项目施工招投标 所属系别 工程经济系 专业班级 11级城镇规划班 姓 名 张婷婷 学 号 指导教师 撰写日期 2014 年 5 月 摘 要 随着经济全球化得进一步发展，国内建筑业的发展和改革进一步的深化，尤其是我国加入了世界贸易组织（WTO）后，有关建设工程项目管理、建设工程施工安全、建设工程强制性标准和建筑市场管理等规范与规定相继颁布执行，结合我国建筑业新成就、改革新精神、宣传贯彻新文件和规范的体会。工程项目招投标，其意图就是将社会资源进行合理有序的分配。通过招投标这样一个活动，企业优胜劣汰，最终将资源分配给管理体质和技术能力都较强的一方，充分发挥竞争机制的作用。同时，企业为了多中标、中好标，就必须提高自身水平，加强企业管理，不断提升技术水平，加强竞争能力。这本身是一件无可厚非、利人利己的好事。然而，在现实情况中，由于招投标本身存在着极大的利益驱动，使得许多以权谋私、钱权交易、中饱私囊等腐败现象不断发生，产生了极其不良的社会影响。本文旨在指出当前工程项目招投标活动中广泛存在的各种问题，并针对这些问题提出相应的对策，为今后的更好的开展各项招投标工作提供参考与借鉴。 关键词：项目工程，招投标，存在问题，危害，对策 Abstract As a further development of economic globalization, the domestic construction industry and further deepening of reform, especially after China joined the World Trade Organization (WTO), the relevant construction project management, construction, construction safety, construction standards and mandatory construction market management and other norms and regulations promulgated execution, combined with Chinas construction of new achievements, new spirit of reform, publicize and implement the new document and standardize the experience.
