毕 业 设 计（论 文） 陕西省西安市凤凰新城商住楼 投标文件（商务标）编制 系　　　　　　别：建筑与土木工程学院专业名称：工程管理学生姓名：刘 仪学　　　　　　号：1203020727指导教师姓名、职称：罗XX 工程师 完成日期 2015年12月 30日  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 5  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II 摘 要 建筑业是我国城镇化过程中的重要产业，在“一带一路”建设中会发挥巨大作用。招投标的核心是投标文件的编制。投标文件编制的水准将直接决定是否中标。因此，投标文件不仅是整个建设项目的基础，更是其核心。为此，在学习了大量成功的招投标经验之后，结合陕西省西安市凤凰新城商住楼图纸及其他有关技术规范编制而成的投标书商务部分。 设计包括：商务标简述、编写过程及其结论。其中商务标包括编制的依据、范围、工程量的计算过程及说明、工程造价的确定等。工程量计算规则按照《陕西省建设工程工程量清单计价规则，2009》、《11G101-1》、《11G101-2》、《11G101-3》中的计算规则计算，工程造价则是根据《陕西省建筑、装饰工程消耗量定额，2004》、《陕西省建筑装饰市政园林绿化工程价目表建筑装饰册，2009》以及《陕西省2015年第五期信息价》的信息，采用工程量清单计价法进行计算。 【关键词】工程投标；商务标；工程量清单；综合单价 【类 型】设计型  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT III ABSTRACT The construction industry is important in the process of urbanization. It plays an important role in”The Belt and Rold Initiative”. The kernel of inviting tenders is the formation of bidding documents,the standard of which will decide whether it will be bidden. Therefore, bidding documents are not only the basis of the whole construction programm, but also the kernel of it. For this purpose, after learning much experience of successful inviting tenders and the drawing of Phoenix Metro commerce residence in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province and other relevant technique standards,we have worked out the commercial parts of tender forms. Design including: brief describtion of commercial tenders; the writing process and conclusion; among commercial tenders; the according and range of formation; the counting process and illustration of bilding quantities.the confirmation of construction costs is also included,etc. The rules for calculation process of bilding quantities follow The rules of bilding and bilding quantities in the counting list in Shaanxi Province, 2009 ; 11G101-1; 11G101-2; 11G101-3.
