河 北 工 业 大 学 毕业设计说明书 作 者: 禹韦 学 号: 100316 学 院: 机械工程学院 系(专业): 车辆工程 题 目: 轿车前副车架建模及有限元分析 指导者: 刘璇 讲师 (姓 名) (专业技术职务) 评阅者: (姓 名) (专业技术职务) 2014年 06月04日 毕业设计(论文)中文摘要 轿车前副车架建模及有限元分析 摘要: 副车架是前后车桥骨架的重要构成成分。副车架不是完整的车架,而是支撑前后车桥、悬架的支架,车桥、悬挂通过副车架与车身骨架(又名“正车架”)相连接。副车架产生后,前后悬挂在副车架上先组装,进而组成一个车桥总成,再将这个总成装配到车身上。悬挂部件和副车架直接连接,同等的振动经由副车架缓冲,传递到车身的时候,振动已经被大幅减少,进而整车的舒适性得到大大改善。除此,又因为副车架的刚度大于车身刚度,经由副车架连接,悬挂连接刚度得到大大增强,不但提升了舒适性,同时又在底盘强度和操纵性方面上,占据着特殊的一方优势。 本文以某轿车前副车架的实际结构为基准,运用三维建模软件UG对该前副车架进行了建模,再通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对三维模型进行强度分析,找出前副车架存在的隐患问题,进一步了解提高前副车架性能的方法。 关键词: 前副车架 UG建模 ANSYS 有限元分析  河北工业大学2014届本科毕业设计说明书 毕业设计(论文)外文摘要 Title Modeling and Finite Element Analysis of Car Front Subframe Abstract The car front subframe is an important part of the skeleton of frontback bridge. Subframe is not complete, but a supporting bracket between the frontback bridge and suspension.Through the subframe, suspension front and rear supporting are connected with the body frame (commonly known as the frame).After the birth of car front subframe, front and rear suspension can be first assembled in the sub frame to form an axle assembly, and then the assembly can be further put into the body. Suspension components and sub frame are directly connected, the same vibration through the subframe, and then transferred to the vehicle body, the vibration will be greatly reduced, so as to enhance the comfort of the vehicle. Besides,the subframe stiffness is larger than the car body’s and the stiffness of suspension connection is greatly enhanced by connecting a subframe. It not only enhances the comfort, but also has a unique advantage in the chassis intensity and control. In this paper, according to the actual structure of front subframe of a car, we will use an 3D
