摘要所谓企业行政管理效率，是指衡量企业行政管理部门及其工作人员，按照企业行政管理有关规章制度，行使行政管理工作职责效果的重要标准，体现在企业行政部门和行政人员的具体执行活动中。提高企业行政管理效率，对确保和推动现代企业运营水平具有重要的作用。“效率就是生命”，要达到企业行政管理的目标，重要的一条就在于提高行政管理效率。行政管理工作涉及面广，综合性强，行政管理人员必须把学习作为一项重要任务， 做到理论联系实际， 在实践中增长才干，同时发扬务实求实，注重实效的作风。努力健全企业规章制度，不断提高企业行政管理效率，进而为企业的长远发展奠定基础。本文探讨了企业的行政管理工作方法，从企业行政管理的内容、标准、存在的问题，及解决的办法出发，对提高现代企业行政管理工作进行了探讨。关键词：企业 行政管理 方法 效率 岗位责任AbstractThe enterprise administrative efficiency, which refers to measuring the cocorporat-e administrative departments and their staffs, according to the rules and regulationsrelated to the business administration, the effects of the exercise of the administra-tive duties,which reflected in the implementation of specific activities of the enter-prise administration and administrative staff.
