In the process ofteaching,teachers’body language plays a pivotal role,But the
role of body language in the process ofteacher training is often not taken seriously
enough.With the developmentof The Times,the new curriculum reform put forward
higher requirements for teachers,teachers’body language no longer merely content
with the theory study.Study to gradually developed physique lesson as the carrier of
university,Through the training content of physique,and teachers’professional skill
demand for teachers’body language skills in literacy,set up the experiment content,in
the empirical way to explore the influence ofbody language training on students’
physical self.
Uses the questionnaire survey,a quasi-experimental study design,data
before
and after the experiment itself.Research object for Nanjing normal university
teachers’professional 64 female students,questionnaire by using the physical exercise
situation questionnaire and the physical self-description questionnaire.Using
SPSS 1 7.0 software to organize data,using the paired sample t test was carried out on
the data before and after comparison and analysis,the following conclusions:
l 0n the whole,body language training can improve the level ofthe female
students’physical self,especially the body coordination,athletic ability,whole body,
physical appearance,physical strength,flexibility,endurance,body self-esteem
dimensions,etc.
2 Body language training grade differences promote physical self,freshman and
sophomore in tIle body language training,physical strength,flexible body,physical
endurance,etc,have been improved,a sophomore in body coordinate dimensions,
whole body dimension improve faster than the freshmen,and in two dimension,
physical appearance andphysical self-esteem freshman rise faster than a sophomore.
