摘要 保险个人代理人制度在大多数国家是销售保险的重要方式。中国现行的模式 是通过学习国外的经验，并结合中国国情建立和发展起来的。1992年，美国友 邦保险登陆上海，引入保险个人代理人制度。随着保险个人代理人制度在中国的 飞速发展，中国保险业进入了高速发展期。保险个人代理入制度在普及和传播保 险知识、提升保险服务质量、提高保险公司经济效益、为社会创造就业岗位等方 面起到了积极的推动作用。虽然保险个人代理人制度对促进我国保险业的发展功 不可没，但是在快速发展的过程中，现行的保险个人代理人制度的许多不足之处 也逐渐暴露出来，主要表现为保险个人代理人诚信缺失、社会认同度低、人员流 失率高、佣金收入吸引力下降和增员困难等问题。 本文在回顾我国保险个人代理人制度的发展历程及分析其特征和存在问题 的基础上，通过借鉴国外成熟的保险个人代理人制度及着重考虑我国保险业所处 的发展环境，对我国保险个人代理人制度进行系统的研究，进而提出完善我国保 险代理人制度的思路和方法。 具体来说，本文首先对我国保险个人代理人制度的发展历程进行详细的阐 述，对保险个人代理人制度在我国保险业发展中发挥的作用进行客观的评价，对 保险个人代理人制度在我国进一步发展所面临的问题以及原因进行详细的分析； 其次，在对美、日两国的保险个人代理人制度进行认真分析的基础上，总结了美、 日两国在保险个人代理人制度发展上的先进经验，提出适用我国保险个人代理人 制度发展的借鉴启示；最后，本文从中国保险个人代理人制度发展的历史渊源和 现阶段的发展形势出发，详细论述了现阶段完善我国保险个人代理人制度的总体 思路。 关键词：保险；个人代理人；问题及对策 Abstract Individual agent system of insurance is an important way to insurance sales in most countries．China’S current model absorbed lots of experience from abroad，and combined with China’S national conditions．Wim the rapid development of the Individual agent system of insurance in the past years，China’S insurance industry has entered into a period of rapid growth．Individual agent system of insurance has played a positive role in popularizing insurance knowledge，improving quality of insurance services，increasing profitability and creating j obs．Although the individual agent system of insurance promote the development of China’S insurance industry,it caused some problems in the process of rapid development，such as lack of credibility,low social identity,outflow of talent，low wages and difficulty to recruitment． This paper reviewed the Chinas development process of the individual agent system of insurance and analyzed its characteristics and problems．Based on the mature insurance individual agent system of abroad，I analyzed the environment of China’S insurance industry,researched the current agent system，and tried to find out the methods and solutions to solve these problems and perfect our individual agent system of insurance． In more specific terms，firstly,this paper conduc
