大学设置本科生班级导师制度的研究——以辽宁D学院为例 中 文摘要 随着1999年我国高校的扩招，人才培养质量有所下降。面临严峻的就业形 势和用人单位对高校毕业生的诟病，2004年12月教育部在《关于进一步加强高 等学校本科教学工作的若干意见》中明确指出：“有条件的高校要积极推行导师 制，努力为学生全面发展提供优质和个性化的服务。”于是很多高校重启本科生 导师制。 本文通过对文献资料进行分析，指出大学本科生导师制的模式、意义、必要 性以及取得的成果和存在的不足，再以实证分析法，以辽宁D学院为例深入剖析 实行本科生班级导师制的现状，探寻班级导师制实施过程中存在的问题及原因， 并提出解决对策。本文将分为以下几个部分进行详细分析。 一、研究背景及研究意义。在对国内外文献进行综合研究的基础上，主要说 明了本研究的选题背景、研究的理论及实践意义，提出了高校在本科生中实行导 师制的必要性。 二、本科生班级导师制存在的问题研究。主要通过对辽宁D学院的240名不同 年级的学生进行问卷调查，以及对部分辅导员、班级导师进行访谈，分析调查和 访谈结果，找出大学本科生班级导师制存在的问题。 三、解决本科生班级导师制存在问题的对策研究。主要针对本科生班级导师 制存在的问题提出具体的解决对策，以便更有效地实施大学本科生班级导师制。 关键词：本科生班级导师制 问题及对策 万方数据 大学设置本科生班级导师制度的研究——以辽宁D学院为例 Abstract 、Ⅵth the increasing enrollment of students in colleges and universities from 1 999． the quali“of talent cultivation has decreased．Facing with the severe employment situation and the employers’grim demands．the Ministry of Education issued the document，some opinions offurther enhancing undergraduate education in colleges and universities，which says the capable colleges and universities should actively introduce the tutorial system，and try to offer the best and personalized service to advance the development of students from all aspects．ThuS．many universities restarted the undergraduate tutoria】system．The implementation of this system iS the key to the promotion of quality education and there are various problems in it inevitably．T11is paper points out the model，sense，and necessity of the tutorial system carded in the universities and also points out the result received and the deficiency exiting in the system by analyzing the documents In-st．And it then uses factor analysis to dissect the the instructive and protective role since the system was carried out by using the Liaoning University of International Business and Economics as an example． Getting the first．hand data by means of questionnaires and interview,it will ascertain the problems existing in its implementation and also put up with some solutions．The following four parts will be discussed in detail．
