6S 徒河发电厂推行6S管理工作方针
规范、创新、和谐、持续
规范:是指通过推行6S管理工作,从规范起步,提升我厂各项作管理水平。同时也指推行6S管理第一阶段导入期的重点工作内容是规范班组和库房物品的摆放。
创新:是指开阔思路,不断的拓展推行6S管理工作的新方法、新手段,使6S管理理念与我厂实际相结合,确保取得实效。同时也指推行6S管理第二阶段强化期的重点工作内容是开动脑筋,集思广益,开展创新大赛。
和谐:是指通过推行6S管理工作,规范管理,达到现场管理五要素 人、机、物、法、环的和谐运转,确保实现建设和谐陡电的奋斗目标。同时也指推行6S管理第三阶段优化期的重点工作内容是相互交流、相互沟通,和谐共进。
持续:是指推行6S管理工作从规范外在有形内容开始起步,不断提升管理水平,持续改进,进而提升人员的素养,确保各项工作的安全、高效、有序。同时也指推行6S管理第四阶段固化期的重点工作内容是持续改进,提升素养。
