社会主义政治文明建设和思想政治教育.pdf

摘要 推进社会主义政治文明建设，是新世纪、新阶段全党、全社会面临的一项重 大战略任务。思想政治教育必须参与其中，发挥重要作用。本文借鉴政治学、思 想政治教育学的一般原理和方法，以此研究社会主义政治文明建设中的思想政治 教育。文章共分三个部分。首先，在对社会主义政治文明的本质、特征及其建设 路径进行充分的理论解读的基础上，明确提出社会主义政治文明建设的关键乃是 提升公民政治素质，因而必须切实加强对广大公民的思想政治教育。接着系统阐 发了思想政治教育在社会主义政治文明建设中的作用：加强党的领导的重要保 证；实现人民当家作主的重要前提；依法治国的重要基础；维护社会政治稳定的 重要手段。最后，就如何加强思想政治教育、促进社会主义政治文明建设提出思 路和对策：要坚持政治教育在思想政治教育中的主导地位；重点加强对党员干部 的思想政治教育：着力凸显社会主义公民意识教育的内容；切实改进思想政治教 育的方式方法。 关键词：社会主义政治文明 思想政治教育 公民 政治素质 Abstract Promoting the construction of socialist political civilization is a significant task our party and society facing in new cuntury and phase．Education of ideological politics must participate it and play a significant role．On the basis ofthe principle and method of politics science and education of ideological politics the article study on education of ideological politics in the construction of socialist political civilization． ne problem consists of three aspects．Thc Points are probed into in part one；based on the theoretical analysis on nature，characteristies and building ways of the construction of socialist political civilization．the author t}link that the key to the construction of socialist political civilization is to enhance the political nattlre of citizens．so education of ideological politics to citizen must be put emphasis on．耶1e roles of education of ideological politics in the construaetion of socialist political civilization are discussed in part two．The roles include the following：to assure Party’s leadership．to carry out the people to be也e master of the country,to base on ruling by law and make society stationary．The idea and way to enforce education of ideological politics and ireprove the construction of socialist political civilization are elaborated in part three．Four points arc mentioned：to adhere the main position of politics education in education of ideological politics，to put Stre$S 011 education of ideological politics to Party’member and leaders，to expose the content of socialist civicconsciousnessandtransfo
